Michael Osanloo joined Kraft Foods as Executive Vice President, Strategy in April 2008. In this role, he is responsible for the company's portfolio strategy and assisting the business units in identifying strategic opportunities that will drive profitable growth.

Prior to Kraft Foods, Osanloo held a variety of senior strategic and marketing roles at Harrah's Entertainment, where he was responsible for strategy, execution and financial performance of four casino-resort properties in Atlantic City, New Jersy, US, with revenues in excess of $2 billion.

Before joining Harrah's, Osanloo was a partner in the retail and consumer products practice at Bain & Company. During his nine-year tenure at Bain, he helped improve the effectiveness of strategic, operational and marketing initiatives at various multibillion-dollar companies. Osanloo also served as an attorney at Seyfarth Shaw on affirmative action, diversity, labor and employee relations issues.

Osanloo has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Illinois College of Law and an Artes Baccalaureate from the University of Michigan.
