Michael Osanloo is responsible for leading our Grocery Business Unit in North America, which includes brands like Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Miracle Whip, Mayonnaise, salad dressings, barbecue sauces and A-1 steak sauce as well as Jell-O and Cool Whip. He assumed this position in October 2010.

Since joining the company in April 2008, Michael has played a key role in evolving our strategic planning process and in leading our acquisition and divestiture pursuits. Michael was instrumental in both the planning and execution of the divestiture of the pizza business unit and the acquisition and integration of Cadbury PLC.

Prior to Kraft Foods, Michael held a variety of senior strategic and marketing roles at Harrah's Entertainment, where he was responsible for strategy, execution and financial performance of four casino-resort properties in Atlantic City, New Jersey, US, with revenues in excess of $2 billion.

Before joining Harrah's, Michael was a partner in the retail and consumer products practice at Bain & Company. During his nine-year tenure at Bain, he helped improve the effectiveness of strategic, operational and marketing initiatives at various multibillion-dollar companies. 

Michael has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law and an Artes Baccalaureate from the University of Michigan.
