Jim Chambers joined Kraft Foods as President, Snacks & Confectionery business unit and General Manager, Immediate Consumption Channel, in April 2010 after spending five years at Cadbury, most recently as President, Cadbury North America. In this role, Jim drove significant improvements in both top line growth and profitability across multiple markets and confectionery categories.
Before joining Cadbury, Jim was President and CEO of Remy Amérique, the US distributors of Rémy Cointreau.
Prior to Rémy Amérique, Jim led three quite different organizations, enabling him to gain broad leadership experience in manufacturing, retailing and marketing businesses. He was CEO of Paxonix, part of Westvaco Corporation; President and CEO of Netgrocer.com; and group President US business and e-commerce at IRI (Information Resources Inc.).
Jim built an impressive 17-year career at Nabisco Inc. working in sales, marketing and IT, culminating as President of Refrigerated Foods.
His hobbies include playing guitar and woodworking.
