Rhonda Jordan
President, Health & Wellness

As President, Health & Wellness, Rhonda leads the development of our health and wellness strategies and plans for North America, including marketing, product development, technology, alliances and acquisitions.

 

Prior to her current job, Rhonda was President of our North American Cheese & Dairy business. She held that position since 2008, during which time she spearheaded a transformation plan focused on building more consistent earnings growth and more profitable and sustainable top-line performance.  Her successful execution of adaptive pricing resulted in earnings growth in 2008 and 2009. 

    

Before that, Rhonda was President of Kraft Foods’ Grocery business. She is credited with driving quality improvements, packaging innovation and more robust marketing across the brand portfolio, such as contemporizing the 100+ year old Jell-O gelatin brand.

 

From 2004-2006, Rhonda was Senior Vice President, Cheese and Dairy in Kraft Foods global marketing and category development group.

 

From 2002 to 2004, Rhonda was Executive Vice President and General Manager, Pizza, following assignments including Vice President of Marketing, Pizza, and Category Business Director for a number of cheese categories.

 

She serves on the board of directors of Colfax Corporation and also of Chicago’s Off-the-Street Club.

 

Rhonda holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
