What I do:  Develop plans that help grow our Oreo cookie brand through new products, advertising, packaging and consumer promotions.

Why I love my job: When I was growing up, I always was involved in a variety of activities, from sports to music to crafts. I felt that variety made life more interesting. My job at Kraft gives me the same variety—no two days are the same. I have a range of challenging projects that I work on that develop different skills, from analytics to creativity. This variety always keeps my job exciting, so I can look forward to going to work every day.
