What I do: I work as a demand planner for our chilled and grocery categories. I work directly with our sales team to build forward forecasts for promotions and new products. This forecast is used by our factories to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet demand. This role is fast moving and places me at the very heart of the business.

Why I love my job: I have thoroughly enjoyed my first three years at Kraft. There is a great team spirit throughout the company and loads of opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work. All in all I could not have asked for a better start to my career in terms of the opportunities and challenges that I have been given and the quality of the people that I work with.
