Senior Advisor, Crestview Partners

Mackey J. McDonald is a member of the Kraft Foods Board of Directors has been a senior advisor to Crestview Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, since November, 2008.  He served as Chairman of VF Corporation, an apparel manufacturer, from 1998, and as a director since 1993, until he retired in August 2008. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of VF Corporation from 1996 to January 2008, and as President from 1993 to March 1996.

He received a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College.  Mr. McDonald served as a director of Wachovia Corporation from 1997 until Wells Fargo & Company acquired Wachovia on December 31, 2008, when he became a director of Wells Fargo.  He is also a director of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
