Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of Heineken N.V.

Jean-Francois M.L. van Boxmeer is a member of the Kraft Foods Board of Directors.  He has been Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of Heineken N.V., a brewing company, since 2005 and a member of its Executive Board since 2001. He has been employed continuously by Heineken, in various capacities since 1984, including General Manager of Heineken Italia from 2000-2001. 

Mr. van Boxmeer received his Master Degree in Economics at Facultè Universitaires Notre Dame de la Paix S.J.
