Dundas will receive $100,000 towards arena upgrades from Kraft Canada and a visit from CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada
Toronto, ON (April 3, 2010) -- It’s decided. Dundas has won Kraft Hockeyville 2010 and is this year’s most passionate hockey town after securing 1,066,855 votes. The town of Dundas will host a 2010/2011 NHL pre-season game between the Buffalo Sabres and Ottawa Senators at J.L. Grightmire Market Street Arena on Tuesday, September 28 and receive $100,000 in arena upgrade money from Kraft Canada and be showcased on CBC.
The four runner-up communities; Bishop’s Falls, Stanstead, Cranbrook and Lawrencetown will receive $25,000 each in arena upgrade money from Kraft Canada.
