NYSE Floor Traders and Employees Sport Favorite NFL Team Jerseys to Work; Nabisco Vice President Carlos Abrams-Rivera Rings The NYSE Closing Bell®
Who/What:
On Friday, February 5, Kraft Foods Inc. will host a Ritz cracker tailgate outside the New York Stock Exchange to kick off Super Bowl weekend. In line with the revelry, NYSE floor traders and staff will toss their jackets and sport their favorite NFL team jerseys to work
From 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Exchange community will enjoy a festive, food-filled tailgate beneath the NYSE façade featuring football-themed games, Ritz cracker snacks, dips and appetizers, as well as other recipes featuring Kraft Foods products.
Passersby will be able to view Kraft Foods recently launched national TV spot from its Ritz brand, “Tailgate” on a jumbotron on Broad Street. The “Tailgate” ad features a Ritz marching band playing a rendition of the song “Let’s Groove” by Earth, Wind & Fire, arranged by musician Wyclef Jean, and former NFL star Tiki Barber jumping into the fun at a football game tailgate. The new ad will also air during the CBS “Super Bowl Today” pre-game program, which will include an on-air tailgate featuring recipes with Ritz crackers, Kraft Foods’ number one cracker brand.
Nabisco Vice President Carlos Abrams-Rivera will wrap up the day’s festivities by ringing the NYSE Closing Bell.
