What I do:
I started my career in Kraft Foods as National Sales Manager for Modern Trade channel. My main objective is to build Kraft Foods' business in the modern retail sectors. My first project was to set up a team to implement a new route to the market. It's challenging, but I found that the excitement continued with the business integration project for Danone Biscuit & Cadbury.
Recently, I took a new role as National Trade Marketing manager. My main responsibility is to lead the process of translating brand strategies into channels or store strategies. I'm working closely with the cross-functional team, i.e. marketing, finance, operations, etc to ensure Kraft Foods' profitable business with the customers.

Why I love my job:
I really love my job because it grows my capacities to the fullest. Through various projects, I develop my analytical skill, people management skill, business acumen, etc.  At the same time, it also gives me opportunity to contribute to the company. It's been a great pleasure to see my team members grow 'hand-in-hand' with the business. And the most important thing is that we are having fun during the learning process.
