Overview of our Internship Program

Each year, Kraft Canada recruits at campuses across the country for undergraduate and graduate students, and encourages candidates to take advantage of our student recruitment programs.  We want to provide challenging opportunities and to foster continued learning by creating a rich and stimulating environment allowing for professional development.  Kraft Canada is dedicated to building the foundations of your career through internship programs designed to inspire, motivate and stimulate you in a role that may lead to a full-time opportunity with us!

At the heart of Kraft's Summer Internship Program is the goal of building Leaders - both personal and professional. Kraft willingly invests each year in students who are serious about being the best they can be, both in and out of the office.

The Kraft Internship Program includes:

  • Working with a team of professionals who share their knowledge and expertise and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Ownership of work – and results!
  • Taking part in team building activities, manufacturing facilities tour, a career development seminar and participating in social and community events.
  • Participating in functional and organizational meetings, and being exposed to top Kraft Executives.
  • Partnering with a ‘Buddy’ for help and mentorship.
  • A formal evaluation process in the middle & end of the summer to structure your learning and evaluate you against core Kraft competencies.

Undergraduate and graduate students must apply directly through their respective university or college co-op office to be eligible for Kraft Co-op opportunities.
