Pascal was appointed President Biscuits Category KFE in March 2010. Prior to this appointment he held the position of President Chocolate in April 2009 and the position of Vice President EU Cheese & Dairy Category in 2006.
Born in Alès, France, Pascal graduated from the École Supérieure de
Commerce de Paris with a Masters degree in Marketing. Following military service in the French Navy, he joined Jacobs Suchard in 1986 as an Assistant Brand Manager. Over the following decade he held a number of marketing positions in the company, including Brand Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. In 1996 Pascal was appointed Sales Director, Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) France. From 1997 to 2000 he was Category Business Director in charge of Kraft Coffee Business in France.
Pascal spent the next three years in Kraft North America’s Maxwell House Coffee Division in Tarrytown, New York, as Senior Category Business Director in charge of Maxwell House and General Foods International Coffees. In January 2004 he was promoted to Vice President Global Coffee, with global responsibility for the Jacobs and Maxwell House brands, NPD growth platforms and Kraft Foods’ sustainability programme with the Rainforest Alliance.
Returning to Europe in 2005, Pascal was appointed Managing Director Benelux before taking charge of the European Cheese & Dairy Category in January 2006.
