Career at a Glance

Valerio was appointed President Southern Europe in November 2010, with responsibility for Kraft Foods’ Italian, Greek and Iberian businesses.

He began his career with Kraft Foods in Italy following graduation more than 20 years ago, during which time he has held roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing, Sales and Logistics. His more recent roles, prior to his current position, include Managing Director Fattorie Osella S.p.A (2001-2006), Vice President Sales Kraft Foods Italy (2003-2004), Vice President Sales Kraft Foods Western EU & Italy (July-December 2004), Vice President and Area Director Kraft Foods Italy & Greece (2004-2010), with a period as Vice President & Managing Director Kraft Foods Italy (2007-2008).
Valerio grew up in Milan, Italy, and graduated in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan.
