Career at a Glance

Andrew has worked in HR roles within the beverages and confectionery parts of Cadbury Schweppes since 1993.
In his most recent role beginning in 2007, Andrew was HR Director for Cadbury Europe, a confectionery business unit covering more than 20 countries. From 2000 he held HR and project roles within the UK confectionery business before being appointed HR Director for Cadbury UK in 2003, adding Ireland to his responsibilities in 2005.
Andrew joined Coca-Cola & Schweppes Beverages Limited (UK) in 1993 and worked in several HR roles before the business was acquired by Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) in 2007. He became Supply Chain HR Director for CCE in 1998.

Andrew earned his honors degree in Politics and a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from Warwick University in the UK.
