Appointed President Cheese & Grocery in January 2012, Ruslan previously held the roles of Vice President Sales Snacking and Vice President and Area Director for South Eastern Europe. He joined Kraft Foods in 2010 with the acquisition of Cadbury. His business career began in 1995 at Dandy A/S, and on Cadbury’s acquisition of Dandy in 2002 he became Commercial Director for Dirol Cadbury, Russia & CIS, followed by UK-based roles as Commercial Strategy Director for North Central and Eastern Europe; Gum & Candy Category Director for Africa, Middle East and Turkey; Emerging Markets and Development Director, Gum EMEA. Ruslan moved to Poland in 2007 as Cadbury’s Market Unit General Manager for Poland, Romania and Central Europe, and then took over the Dirol Cadbury business in Russia and CIS in 2009. Originally from St Petersburg, Russia, Ruslan has a degree in International Relations and MBA degrees from Edinburgh University and the ENPC School of International Management, Paris.
