  • Winning the hearts – and appetites – of German consumers for more than 100 years

As one of the leading food companies in Germany, we proudly market many iconic brands, like Milka chocolate, Jacobs coffee and Philadelphia cream cheese, to create delicious moments in the lives of German consumers every day.

A local favorite – our Milka chocolate – has been adding a touch of sweetness to the lives of German consumers for more than 100 years.  In fact, it’s the number-one selling brand of chocolate here.  And the same is true for our top-selling Philadelphia cream cheese, which has become a staple in kitchens across the country.

As the number one coffee brand in Germany, Jacobs Krönung coffee has a rich and flavorful history that dates back to 1895. And it’s sold throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Our approximately 3,500 employees infuse enthusiasm, innovation and proven experience into designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing our high quality products using superb ingredients.

And as a leading food manufacturer with seven plants across the country, we place the highest value on excellent quality and responsibility – from the cultivation of our raw materials all the way through to our finished products.

Our main office is located in Bremen. We also have four coffee manufacturing facilities in Bremen (Hemelingen/Holzhafen), Elmshorn and Berlin; a plant in Fallingbostel where we produce many of our food products; a manufacturing plant in Lörrach where we make our chocolates; a plant in Donauwörth where we produce salty snack products; and our Research and Development center in Munich.

We care deeply about making a delicious difference in the communities where we live and work. As a food manufacturer, we believe we have a responsibility to help feed the hungry. And since 2008, we have been working with Tafel, the national food bank, making food and cash donations.

And our employees participate in Kraft Foods’ global “Delicious Difference Week” every year.  From Berlin to Bremen, Lörrach to Donauwörth and Elmshorn to Fallingbostel and Munich, hundreds of employees eagerly helped out on many projects, including renovating daycare centers and schools, building playgrounds and planting vegetable and fruit gardens.

Helping support young people is important to us, too.  For many years, we have participated in “Kids run for Kids,” a national program promoting healthy activities for kids, including running. Money raised from the annual event aids projects for the SOS Kinderdörfer.
