Since 1968 in Spain we've been creating many delicious products and brands to help create wonderful moments of happiness for consumers throughout the country.  Of course, many of our beloved and trusted brands, like Fontaneda biscuits and Saimaza coffee, have delighted consumers for more than 100 years.

As one of the 10 largest food companies in Spain, we are a leader in biscuits, instant desserts, chocolate turrón and cheese segments.

Our enthusiastic, passionate and innovative employees proudly work in eight locations across Spain, on our iconic brands, like El Caserio, Royal and Suchard. Kraft Foods Spain Employees

Our main offices are based in centrally located Madrid and Barcelona. Our six manufacturing locations include:

  • Hospital de Orbigo (León), where we produce Kraft mayonnaise and Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Montornés del Vallés (Barcelona), where we make more than 40 different Royal products and Tang powdered beverages
  • Dos Hermanas (Sevilla), where we roast and package our local coffee brand, Saimaza
  • Granollers (Barcelona), where we make our Príncipe, Marie Lu and Yayitas biscuits
  • Viana (Navarra), where we produce biscuit brands like La Buena María, Fontaneda Digestive and Chips Ahoy! and manufacture all Oreo biscuits sold in Europe. The Viana factory also exports to the United States, Australia, Israel, South Africa and Morocco.  

We’re passionate about helping those in need within the communities where we live and work.  We support Spanish Food Banks with ongoing product donations and participate in Kraft Foods’ annual global employee volunteering event – Delicious Difference Week- to which hundreds of our employees participate each year.

We use Rainforest Alliance-certified coffee and cocoa beans to make several of our major brands, including Saimaza Colombia Desarrollo Sostenible, Saimaza Brasil Desarrollo Sostenible and Côte d'Or. In addition, as it is a key topic for us, we’re dedicated to promoting good nutrition and healthy lifestyles for consumers in Spain. We’ve been working to reformulate our products to reduce salt, fat, sugar and trans fats.
