We care about our communities and our planet.
We care deeply about the earth and future generations. So we act responsibly by finding creative and inspired ways to reduce waste, recycle and re-use existing resources. And we’re proud of our pioneering efforts in sustainable cocoa and  coffee farming practices. That powerful sense of responsibility flows into the communities where we live and work, too. We understand how important it is to give back to those communities, to help and support each other – especially those in need. So we regularly create and take part in activities, like our global employee volunteer week, to help those who need it most.
