Commercial

1.   Shopper Manager
Responsibilities:

·         Work for Shopper related researches and analyses through research programs, which are aligned with Sales team objectives and directions, provide the appropriate support to make sound business decisions;

·        Lead shopper insight learning progress and initiate new studies in order for the organization to better understand the shopper and their purchase environment;

·         Help Sales function to communicate learning to their key stakeholders and influence their decision making;

·         Generate related shopper insight and transfer them into business meaningful results;

·         Design, implement and analyse research that addresses business objectives and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.

·         Required skill(s): Syndicated Market Research, Shopper Insights.

·         Required languages: English, Filipino

·         At least 7 years working experience in related fields.

·         Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Market Research or Brand Management.

2.   Territory Distributor Executive (Any area: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao)

Responsibilities:

·         Accountable for the delivery of Sales targets through the distributors of the assigned area/s.

·         Responsible for implementing the following based on designated time frames:
1) Volume and Revenue
2) Coverage
3) Superior In-Market Distribution
4) AR Management
5) Execution of Company Strategies
6) Implementation of Company Policies and Procedures
7) Collaboration with other company functions

Requirements:

·         Qualified candidate is a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business or Marketing course.

·         With at least 5 years experience in Key Accounts or Distribution Management in a multinational FMCG industry.

·         Must be proficient in both oral and written communications.

·         Qualified candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership, good people management and with strong ability to lead simultaneous programs.

·         Must be willing to be assigned in any area within Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao.

 

Supply Chain

1.   Customer Development Manager – VisMin (Cebu based)

Responsibilities:

·         Lead Customer Collaboration through Joint Business Planning and regular Customer Calls for total Region/Customer group;

·         Drive Supply Chain solutions that are focused on providing value adding service for efficient Customer Management;

·         Play a strategic role within CS&L and Operations Team, acting as "voice of the customers", instrumental to the achievement of Preferred Supplier of Choice Status.

·         Customer Engagement / Trade Service Level

·         Replenishment Planning / Order Management / Volume and Revenue

·         Distribution and Warehouse Operations

·         Customer Financial Risk and Transaction

·         Demand Management and Forecasting

·         Compliance

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Course or Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.

·         Preferably with a degree or certificate in a Supply Chain Management course.

·         Required skill(s): Customer Engagement, Order Management, and Warehouse Operations.

·         Preferred skill(s): Demand Management Forecasting, and Customer Financial Risk Transaction.

·         Required languages: Filipino, English

·         At least 5 years working experience in related fields.

·         Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Management or Supply Chain.

·         In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash Cycle and Customer Management.

·         Knowledge and experience in computer operating systems (SAP, AS400, Microsoft)

·         Minimum of 3 years supervisory role in Customer Service or Logistics preferably in FMCG industry

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         With Continuous Improvement mindset

·         Project Management Skills

·         Knowledgeable in Joint Value Creation collaboration tool

2.   Product Supply Category Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the Demand and Supply Planning Manager role for Snactionery;

·         Co-lead communication regarding volume forecasts and supply chain status with all the source plants; ensure that inventory levels are kept at the minimum, managing both service levels and inventory at all distribution centers for Snactionery.

·         Liaise with the cross-functional category teams regarding delivery of Operations commitments, managing product life cycles, minimizing expiries, hitting forecast accuracy and bias targets through analyses and collaboration.

·         Lead the category in the Sales and Operations meeting; ensuring a robust process to deliver the annual contract plan.

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, or Business. Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

·         Required skill(s): Demand and Supply Planning.

·         Required languages: English.

·         At least 5 years working experience in related fields.
